Two of my favourite things are adventures and food. So of course I like to combine the two. I love getting creative in the kitchen. Whether i'm turning tonights dinner into a lunch time salad for tomorrows adventure, or taking along a cook as you go meal, its guaranteed to be light weight, small enough to fit in my day pack or in my kayak's storage hatch, simple, and delicious.
I spend a lot of time kayaking. Its easy to stow a lunch in my storage hatch, and grab a bite when I'm hungry. But some days it gets very cold out on the water, and you're usually far away from shore or a shop where you can grab something hot for lunch to warm you up. When you've been burning calories and energy paddling for hours, you really just want something tasty, quick and easy. Which is why I love the ease of Suimin Noodles, and their Origins premium noodle bowl range. Plus their bowl is the perfect size to sit snugly inside my Kayaks hatch. No mess, and no fuss.
Suimin's Origins Noodles are so easy to make. Simply boil 400ml of water. Take your boiling water with you on your adventure in a flask so it stays hot. When the hunger hits, open your noodles, and remove the fork and sachets. Pour in the hot water, then add the sachets per packet instructions. Cover with the lid, and follow packet instructions for resting times, and add remaining sachets. Re cover and rest, then enjoy.
The Suimin Origins noodles are chock a block full of flavour and with each ingredient coming in its own individual sachet, you have the option of leaving something out if you have allergies or don't like it. You also get a decent sized portion that will leave you feeling full and satisfied, unlike many other noodles on the market.
Suimin Origins come in 3 delicious flavours. Thai Green Curry, Beef Massaman, and my absolute favourite, Seafood Laksa. Hearty, easy to prepare on the go, and taste so good you'll think you're in a fancy restaurant. So why not take the flavours of the world with you on your next adventure? Available at all leading supermarkets.
